Time for a change

Hey all:

We have come to a decision. By we, of course, I mean I. There has been a little change in our group, and considering this and the fact that we I have been taking the complete cost of the podcast, production, website(s) and gear, I have decided to end the podcast. The financial part of it is currently too much.

We will again, at some point in the future restart the podcast when it is more feasible, but we do not have a date for such, but it will be down the road quite a way.

I will continue to blog, produce videos and the like, likely using youtube and a “free” blogging site, the URL for sure is still to be announced.

I would like to take a moment to thank you all for listening to our weekly shinanigans, and have enjoys the conversations we have had with many of you. Thank you so much for taking time out of your week to go on this journey with us. We will miss you all greatly.

Thanks for all the fish,

GM Ricc

Side Bar 001: How I write campaigns

Hey all:

We did not have a game this week. For that reason, I decided that this week’s podcast would be a great time for the promised “How I write long campaigns” segment I promised in the beginning of last weeks episode.

Also, I mentioned that I would include a link to my Obsidian Portal profile, you can find that HERE

While I recorded this during the time frame of us playing the Savage Worlds role play game, the way I write campaigns applies equally well in every game system I run.

I hope to have another game edited and posted in a couple of days, so stay tuned, and as always, drop by our forums and let me know what you think about this side bar episode!

Myth and Magic delay

Hey all:

We have had a long standing “house rule” that states: if more then one person must miss a scheduled game, then we cancel it for the night. We usually play  every Thursday. Unfortunately, we had 2 people who had to cancel the game last night (Brandon and Kevin), so unfortunately, we did not play. We will pick up next week and present the actual play podcast for our Myth and Magic role play  game then. Thank you for your understanding.
